Brass with bakelite handle
This handle is recommended to install on old doors, where roses and escutcheons is fixed with wood screws. The handle is one of the classic handles from Søe-Jensen that still is manufacturing the handle in the original molds.
The ASTOR handle is made of solid brass with a high contents of copper, and is sand casted which give surface a delicate finish. The handle is made in black bakelite. Neither handle, rose or escutcheon is varnished, which give the handle a beautiful patina over time.
